近年泡盛は、 国内外の酒類コンペティションにおいて多くの賞を受賞し、 泡盛の品質および酒造所の精進の結果が、世界の舞台で認められてきたことは大きな励みとなっております。
これらの成果は、 ご愛飲くださる皆さまの支えによるものです。
本年もユネスコ無形文化遺産に登録された伝統的酒造り、および 「琉球泡盛」 が育んできた沖縄の伝統と文化を守りながら、次代への継承と挑戦を続けてまいります。

We would like to express our sincere gratitude for your continued warm support of the Okinawa Prefectural Distillers Association and the Awamori industry throughout the past year.
In recent years, Awamori has received numerous awards at both domestic and international spirits competitions. These achievements are a great source of encouragement, as they demonstrate that the quality of Awamori and the dedicated efforts of our distilleries are being recognized on the global stage.
Such accomplishments have only been possible thanks to the support of all those who enjoy and appreciate Awamori.
This year as well, while safeguarding the Traditional knowledge and skills of sake-making with koji mold in Japan registered as a UNESCO Intangible Cultural Heritage, as well as the rich traditions and culture of Okinawa nurtured by “Ryukyu Awamori,” we will continue our efforts to pass them on to future generations and to take on new challenges.
